Welcome to NextGen Containers! Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and expectations related to shipping services for our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following terms:

We operate at https://nextgencontainers.com/ and refer to ourselves as “we” and “us.” When you place an order through our website, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below. These terms establish clear expectations for both parties regarding our services.

  • Subject to Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and promptly notify you about any backordered items.

2. Shipping Costs

Embark on a cost-effective shipping journey with us! Our shipping cost is set at $350 for all products.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resell-able condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving and accepting returns, we will process refunds as store credit. You will receive email notifications. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful approval of the warranty claim.

Once we receive the returned items for a warranty claim, we will process them within 7 days. You’ll have the option of a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

4. Delivery

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipments typically take 3–5 business days.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

Military addresses are shipped using USPS.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

Out-of-stock items will be dispatched once they become available.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the estimate, please contact us.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive tracking links to monitor shipment progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged, please reject it if possible. If already delivered, contact our customer service.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to displayed prices.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are prepaid.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage according to the courier’s stated value.
